Timetable
Each game will have places capped at 40. We hope to have a pre-booking system available shortly.
Briefings are 30 minutes before the start of each game: no briefing, no game, so show up in avance.
Friday
- 8 o'clock, 2000: Sparks to Tinder (loadouts: Tan\Desert versus Woodland\Urban)
- Darkness (probably half eleven, 2330): Dying of the Light (radios required)
Saturday
- 11 o'clock, 1100: Aftermath: Once Upon a Time in Hellsgate (loadouts: suits and civilian clothing with sub-machine guns and shotguns versus rag-tag civilian\military accoutrements with longarms)
- Darkness: Last Night (loadouts: civilian clothing, full head protection and no other kit)
Sunday
- 11 o'clock, 1100: No One Left Behind (loadouts: military, civilian, and mixed, rotating between all three)
Facilities
Space will be provided to pitch tents, or you can sleep in HRTA's cabins if you prefer (although you'll be kicked out before game on each morning!).
A barbecue will be available for cooking on, and you can bring your own stove if you want.
There'll be a toilet, canteen, shop (with wet & dry rations, sweets, minerals) and qualified first aiders on site.
South-East Airsoft will be on-site with The Outpost, selling all kinds of exciting airsoft necessities and unnecessities. They've also promised... tactical burgers again!
More precisely, they'll be bringing food but would like folks to pre-order it. See this boards thread for details and to place your order!
Remember to bring drinking water, toilet paper and any meds you need.
Prices
€20 for a long game, i.e. the day games on Saturday and Sunday.
€10 for a short game, i.e. the Friday evening, Friday night and Sunday night games.
€50 for all games all weekend!
Through HRTA's generosity, half price for those in tight financial spots, such as the unemployed.
Pay on site on the day!
